Payment Agreement
Simpson Law Firm PA (“we”, “us”, “our”), is a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained by us will be used for that purpose.
By making a payment or requesting a payment plan through this website, you agree to the following:
Terms of Payment
You understand that the balance on your account may not accurately reflect all fees, court costs, or interest accrued due to the possibility of delay between such fees being incurred and the balance on this website being updated. Additionally, the balance on your account may not accurately reflect all payments sent to us due to delays in the receipt and application of payments, particularly those payments sent by courts and third-parties. To request a balance update, you may contact our office using the information below.
By making a payment through this website, you represent that you are not a debtor in an active bankruptcy matter.
Recurring Payments
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorize us to process recurring payments for any payment plan that you setup. Such payments shall be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method has sufficient funds or credit available to cover each recurring payment. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of the payment plan. You agree to update your payment information promptly if there are any changes to your preferred payment method.
Our Right to Take Legal Action
You understand that despite making a payment or scheduling a payment plan, you may still have legal obligations related to the account(s). You further acknowledge that despite your payment(s) to us and/or our client, we may pursue legal action against you. Our acceptance of a payment from you does not waive any right to pursue legal action against you.
You may request a written settlement agreement from us which provides that we will not pursue legal action against you while payments are made in accordance with your payment plan. Our client reserves the right to review these settlement proposals on a case-by-case basis. Payment through this portal is not a guarantee that your settlement proposal will be accepted.
